  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Maharashtra: 2–4 business days

  • Rest of India: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Free shipping offers, if available, will be clearly mentioned on our website or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or contact number, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Damaged or Missing Orders

No Cash on Delivery (COD)

Currently, Cocozz does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid through the payment methods available on our website.
